- Board Part Number: BCQRKB2, Revision 3, this is a legacy, dedicated 1-RU hardware appliance server platform engineered to run Harmonic's NMX Network Management System / Digital Service Manager software. This specialized module acts as the centralized control hardware layer used by broadcast operators to configure, monitor, and automate redundancy across digital headend video and audio equipment.
- GbE Port 1 (LAN1 / Management): The primary RJ45 10/100/1000 Ethernet interface. It is used to connect the server to your core broadcast facility management network. It hosts the NMX Server core application layers and handles outbound web Client GUI requests.
- GbE Port 2 (LAN2 / Device Control): A secondary RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. Typically configured on a separate VLAN, this interface isolates control plane traffic routed directly to downstream Harmonic hardware (e.g., Electra encoders, ProStream multiplexers).
- iLO / IPMI Port: A dedicated, shielded RJ45 port used strictly for out-of-band remote hardware management. It allows engineering teams to monitor server health, check physical alarms, and access the remote console even if the primary NMX software hangs.
Peripheral and Legacy Interfaces

· VGA Video Output: A standard 15-pin analog video output used to connect a local crash-cart monitor for initial BIOS or Windows Server OS deployment.

3. Power Infrastructure
· Dual Hot-Swappable Power Supplies: Two redundant AC power entry modules can be used as redundancy. Both should be connected to independent PDU strips (A/B power feeds) to maintain server uptime during a power path failure. This unit has one.
4. Expansion Options (PCIe Slot)
